CMMG Compensator, SV Brake, 5.56mm – Tired of your AR-15 going off target every time you fire it? The typical AR-15 recoil pattern causes the barrel to lift high and to the right every time you fire it, and the CMMG SV compensator designed for the AR-15 is made to counteract this tendency. Inspired by the remarkably effective single-chamber brake design on the Russian AK-74, the CMMG SV brake is machined from steel and fits all standard 1/2-28 TPI barrel threads. The SV compensator is also available in a .30 caliber model complete with 5/8-24 TPI barrel threads. Each brake comes with a compression washer for installation.
